Triangle modular scaffoldings (PAL)

These scaffoldings are composed of triangle frames and are assembled easily.
Their connections are slot-groove and it does not need skillful workers for assembling. Their loading capacity is too high and an adjusting screw has made it easy to exact level determination.
This kind of scaffolding is used in slab or beams formwork. They are made from adjustable frames with 0.5, 0.75 and 1 meter heights. The distance between towers of scaffoldings depends on applied load.
The tower of the scaffolding is adjustable according to the used plan for transversal and longitudinal stretch. It is possible to use wheel for moving a tower of the scaffolding and this ability makes further assembling and moving faster. These scaffoldings are also used in faced operations.

In slabs, and beams with high clear slabs, using scaffoldings is necessary.
Using modular or prefabricated scaffolding makes the execution of project easier. Erection of these scaffoldings is very simple. They are made from various elements, which are very light and can be erected rapidly and easily. These simple adjustable scaffoldings have a high load capacity and rigidity. Dismantling them is very simple too.

Calculation of Scaffolding Loading Capacity

The width of an ordinary scaffolding frame is between 60 and 150 cm, which depend on the manufacturer.
Boozarjomehr produces its scaffolding frames with 120 Cm width and 50 Cm, 75 Cm and 100 Cm height. By assembling this kind of frames a load bearing system will be created that can be square or triangular.
If the triangle or square section frame with 1.2 meter lengths and 1 meter height made of [Diameter 48.3 mm, thickness 2.6 mm and area 3.73 mm according to the DIN Number 2458] Pipe so the Slenderness Ratio of vertical part is calculated as follows:

For λ = 58.8, the allowed Stress of this part will be 1176 (Kg/ Cm2).
Also, loading capacity of each column of scaffolding will be calculated as follows:

So, the loading capacity of scaffolding with square section is 4x4.4 = 17.6 tones and triangle section is
3x4.4 =13.20 tones.
This loading capacity is valid till the slenderness of one vertical part is more than the scaffolding slenderness but when total scaffolding slenderness exceed than, the slenderness of one vertical part the loading capacity will decrease.
Considering to this point, we will calculate the scaffolding height when the total slenderness is equal to the slenderness of the vertical part.

So if you assemble the scaffolding in square shape you will have 17.6 tones Loading Capacity for up to 35 meter heights.
And if you assemble it in triangle shape you will have 13.20 tones Loading Capacity for up to 28.8 meter heights.
