Bridge Formwork

Bridges are made of various forms such as piers, foundations, columns, decks, and abutments. In columns, circular forms, or combination of modular forms and circular forms with their accessories are used. In decks and abutments, modular and special forms and their accessories are used.

In high bridges, columns are used as support and plate-girders are used as a platform for formwork. In large-span bridges that pass over deep vallies or rivers, large-size panels are used. This kind of panel is called “Bridgebuilder” and acts as a cantilever. Each bridge form has a special design and all the conditions of construction should be carefully considered.
