Washers

Washers are used to anchor the bolts behind the soldier. Bolts are fastened by wing nuts and washers after passing through moulds and doubled soldiers.
The special shape of washer is increases its strength against the reaction of the bolt tension force.

Double Pipe Washer

This kind of washer is used when instead of soldiers, two-pipes are used as wales.
This kind of washer is used mostly in I-shape and T-shape pre-cast beams and in wall with
less than 1.5 meters height.
